After reviewing your schematic design, our architects will move into design development—refining and enhancing your vision. At this stage, you’ll receive updated floor plans, interior layouts, exterior facades, elevations, and more, along with 3D renderings that bring your project to life.

Client Review
Your architect will then prepare scaled floor plans, detailed elevations, and exterior material selections for your review and approval. This collaborative process ensures every decision reflects your vision and gives you confidence moving forward.
